With the rapid grow in the past few years, we are being a leading factory in the area of In-Mould-Decoration(IMD, another name IML) in Guang Dong,PRC.Simton is professional at IMD items. With the strong technique support, we provide the one-stop solution to IMD item from design, tooling to production. Also we setup the die casting sector in 2009 to strong our ability. ISO9001 certification is applied since 2006.We has 8,050 square meters of clean room, 600 employees, 30 injection machine from 120T to 350T, 4 automatic printing lines, 50 regular forming machine and 2 high pressure forming machine for complex 3D items. Tooling, vacuum plating, printing, forming and injection are in house. We setup the laboratory for product testing to insure the quality of the product.
